Diciamo che in questo momento storico chi può spendere 4 milioni per questa proprietà probabilmente ha urgenza di investire a prescindere  da cosa compra e quindi taglia fuori la gente come me che farebbe un business plan.

Se qualcuno di voi storce il naso perché non è In provino  di Terni  vi rincuoro dicendovi che da un paio di anni i cuginetti stanno lavorando per noi.. Lasciamoli sognare e prendiamo i turisti luxury che portano a queste manifestazioni... Vi posso garantire che non c'è nessun l’allevatore, l’allenatore, il veterinario, il maniscalco, l’artiere e il fantino che alloggiano in quella palude infestata ma soggiornano tutti in gran parte nell'umbria del centro sud.

Mah....dopo essermi intossicato sul topic del PD meglio parla di Luxury....

 

Comunque anche l'ippica è segno di lusso,facciamogli il culo anche lì
